We ship via UPS Ground and UPS 2 Day Air unless otherwise stated.  In some cases US Priority/ Airmail to Hawaii and Alaska.  Your final shipping and handling fees will be available upon checkout . Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns and exchanges:
Polkadots & Moonbeams prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item within 15 days in its original condition with attached tags. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive a store credit (valid in our 2 locations on West Third Street), or receive a refund less shipping cost. Please send returns via UPS or via registered mail, as we need a signature. Please note that cosmetics, under garments, jewelry and swimwear cannot be returned. Items purchased in our stores in Los Angeles cannot be returned via the internet.

All JEWELRY, SALE and VINTAGE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns Procedure:

STEP 1- Pack the merchandise to be returned.

STEP 2- Complete the return form. Please make sure that your name and order number are included. Kindly note that Polkadots & Moonbeams is NOT responsible for your return shipping fees.

STEP 3- Call 1-800-pick-UPS (800-742-5877) to schedule a pick up for your package OR use USPS or any other carrier that provides a tracking number.
NOTE: Shipment  MUST be insured & registered.

STEP 4- When we receive your return package from UPS we will e-mail you a reply with the status of your return. Your request will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return, provided it meets all of the above requirements.
